Yup, how amazing is that?! Pick a spot you want to workout at. It could be at the park near your home, at the Lafayette Reservoir or in your garage. You don't have to think about what to do. I show up with the plan. All you have to do is carve out and commit to the time.

Working with Mandy for the past few months has been an absolute pleasure. Every session is unique, fun and kicks my ass. I love her classes too. The atmosphere she creates in them are not only warm and positive but contagious. I look forward to working out now. My Fitness Testimony
Because of a long battle with a severe eating disorder (bulimia) and several addictions from the age of 13 to 29, I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis at the age of 41. My doctor said I would HAVE to start exercising right away if I wanted to REVERSE the affects this disease had taken on my body.
Up to that point I had always been a runner but after the diagnosis, I found that I was going to have to COMPLETELY change my workouts.
Thankfully a good friend invited me to one of her boot camps. I didn't hesitate and started doing her HIIT inspired fucntional full body workouts the next day. I have not missed a day since!
After only a few days, I was feeling so GOOD. Then, after about six months I started seeing VISIBLE results.
I feel better at 43 than I did at 15, 20, 30 and even 40! Fitness changed my life so much that I decided to get certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
So, I now offer one on one personal training and facilitate fun boot camps.
