I share this analogy because dating and preparing for marriage is similar. just as you wouldn’t expect to get your dream job without preparing and presenting your best self, you shouldn’t expect to step into a godly marriage without first becoming the kind of woman who is ready for it.
proverbs 31:10 says, “A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies.” a woman of Godly character doesn’t just sit and wait for the right man—she prepares, she grows, she builds her life upon Christ.
so instead of only focusing on what you want in a man, think about what you are offering in a relationship.
this shift in mindset will not only prepare you for the relationship you desire, but also help you grow into the woman God has called you to be. Now, here’s the fun part:
