The Keiki Creative Entrepreneur Workshop is a fun, hands-on 3-day experience where kids learn how to turn their creativity into real products and exciting business ideas. Through art, design, creative challenges, and teamwork, they'll discover that their imagination has value while building confidence, leadership skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Students will design their own mini brand, create products, learn simple marketing and pricing concepts, and confidently present their ideas in a supportive environment.
Day 1 – Dream It!
Students will discover their creative strengths and learn how entrepreneurs come up with great ideas.
They'll:
- Brainstorm creative business ideas
- Discover their unique talents
- Learn how creativity solves problems
- Explore what customers need
- Begin designing their own brand and product
Day 2 – Create It!
Now it's time to bring ideas to life!
Students will:
- Design their own products
- Create a simple logo and brand identity
- Learn basic pricing and product value
- Explore marketing and advertising
- Build confidence through creative challenges
Day 3 – Launch It!
Students finish their projects and become young entrepreneurs!
They'll:
- Complete their product collection
- Practice presenting their ideas
- Build communication and leadership skills
- Share their creations in a fun Mini Marketplace Showcase
- Celebrate everything they've accomplished
Each student will leave with their own mini business concept, product designs, and the confidence to continue creating long after the workshop ends.
Led by Mandy Tardif, a local artist, entrepreneur, and creative mentor with over 25 years of experience teaching children, this workshop is designed to inspire creativity, confidence, and big dreams.
Mandy creates a fun, encouraging environment where every child feels seen, supported, and empowered to discover their unique gifts while learning valuable life skills through creativity.
