Hi I’m Mandy, a professional artist with 30+ years of experience creating original artwork on just about anything, from clothing and handbags to leather, furniture, walls, shoes, mopeds, children’s books, and everything in between.

Every custom piece is different, so your final price is based on the size of the artwork, amount of coverage, level of detail, materials, preparation, and time involved.  Think of these five levels as choosing how much Mandy magic you want!

LEVEL ONE — MANDYLAND MINI MAGIC

​Starting at $175
Simple. Sweet. Minimal.
Perfect when you want one small artistic moment without covering a large portion of your item.

​Great for:
• Simple flowers, hearts, stars or symbols
• Names or simple lettering
• Small illustrations
• Simple line drawings
• One small focal element
• Minimal colors
• Little to no shading

This is the perfect choice for a little MandyLand magic without a lot of complexity.

LEVEL TWO — MANDY MAGIC 

Starting at $295
More color. More personality. More detail.
This level is still relatively simple, but the artwork has more going on and requires additional painting time.

• More detailed lettering
• Multiple small elements
• Several colors
• Moderate shading
• Floral or nature-inspired designs
• Small characters or illustration
• A larger painted area

LEVEL THREE — THE MANDYLAND STATEMENT PIECE

Bigger. Bolder. More artistic.
This is where your item starts becoming a true statement piece.
The artwork may cover a significant portion of the item and include multiple elements, more layering, and considerably more detail.

• Larger back or front designs
• Multiple focal points
• Detailed illustration
• Intricate florals or patterns
• Characters and themed artwork
• More extensive shading and layering
• Designs that require custom drawing

LEVEL FOUR — THE MANDYLAND MASTERPIECE

Starting at $595+
You bring me the idea. I bring the artistry.
This is for the person who says:
“I want something nobody else has.”
This level gives me the room to really create.
These are highly customized, labor-intensive pieces where the artwork itself becomes the centerpiece of the item.

• Highly detailed or realistic artwork
• Portraits
• Storytelling pieces
• Extensive coverage
• Multiple intricate focal points
• Complex patterns and compositions
• Extensive layering, shading and color work
• Designs requiring significant illustration and painting time

This level is essentially a miniature original artwork created on your item.

LEVEL FIVE — THE MANDYLAND LEGACY

The ultimate MandyLand original.
This is the highest level of custom artistry I offer.
LEGACY is for the piece that isn’t simply customized—it becomes a heirloom, collector’s piece, or wearable work of art.This is where your idea, your story, your memories, and my artistic vision come together to create something truly extraordinary.

• Extremely detailed or realistic painting
• Portraits and highly detailed figures
• Multiple scenes or storytelling elements
• Extensive coverage across an item or multiple pieces
• Intricate compositions with numerous focal points
• Complex patterns, textures, layering and dimension
• Significant custom illustration and design development
• Multiple garments or coordinated pieces
• A handbag + jacket + jeans or other complete wearable collection
• Sentimental or commemorative artwork
• One-of-a-kind pieces designed to become keepsakes
• Projects where the client gives Mandy creative freedom to fully develop the vision

Some Legacy commissions may require multiple studio sessions and several weeks of development, painting, drying, curing and finishing.  Starting at $1,000+, with final pricing determined by the scope, materials, number of pieces, complexity, coverage and estimated studio time.
This is the highest level of MandyLand custom artistry.

HOW COMMISSIONS WORK

1. DREAM IT UP
Start with your idea!  Maybe you have a favorite handbag that needs a MandyLand makeover, a denim jacket you want completely transformed, a sentimental piece you want to preserve, or an idea that’s never been done before.Send me whatever inspires you.  You don’t have to know exactly what you want. You can simply tell me what you’re imagining, and we can develop the concept together.

2. FILL OUT THE INQUIRY FORM
Once you’re ready, fill out the MandyLand Custom-Made Wearable Art Inquiry Form.  I’ll need some basic information about your project. The more information you give me, the better I can understand your vision.

3. SEND ME PHOTOS OF YOUR ITEM
Please send clear photos of the item you want painted.   Let me know if the item is a handbag, jacket, jeans, shoes, leather piece, pillowcase, etc.  I need to know the size, what it is made from. What size is it and is it new or used?
​This information helps me determine the appropriate preparation, materials, painting method and pricing.

4. I REVIEW YOUR PROJECT
Once I receive your form, photos and inspiration, I’ll review everything and determine what your project requires

5. YOU RECEIVE YOUR CUSTOM QUOTE
I’ll send you a personalized quote based on your actual project.  Because every commission is different, the prices listed for each MandyLand level are starting prices.  Your quote will reflect the artwork you actually want—not a generic package.  If your idea falls between levels, I’ll create a custom quote for you

6. APPROVE YOUR COMMISSION
Once you’re happy with the concept, scope and pricing, we’ll officially book your project.
Your commission isn’t placed into my studio schedule until the required deposit and booking details are completed.

7. I CREATE YOUR ONE-OF-A-KIND PIECE
This is where the magic happens. I prepare your item, develop the artwork, sketch when needed, paint, layer, detail, allow appropriate drying and curing time, and complete the finishing process.  You’re not buying something mass-produced.
I’m creating an original piece of art specifically for you.

8. YOUR MANDYLAND ORIGINAL IS READY
Once your piece is complete and fully cured, I’ll arrange your pickup, delivery or shipping details depending on the project.  Then you get to take home something nobody else in the world has.

The prices above are starting prices, not a one-size-fits-all menu.  The final price may increase depending on:
• Size of the item or painted area
• Complexity of the design
• Number of colors
• Amount of detail
• Condition and preparation of the item
• Specialty materials
• Amount of coverage
• Time required

If your project falls between levels, I’ll create a custom quote so you’re paying for the artwork you actually want.  Most commissions are completed within 1–3 weeks.  Timing depends on the complexity of the project, drying/curing requirements, and my current commission schedule.
